Fee (n.費用)通常指的是接受專業的服務所被charge的一筆費用,例如:lawyer’s fees(律師費),

agent's fee(仲介費),university fees(大學學費),registraction fee(註冊費),

entrance fees(如博物館入場費Many museums charge entrance fees to help finance operations),

Examples:

a. International school fees have risen by 5% this year.(今年國際學校學費調升了5%)
b. They couldn't afford to pay the lawyer's fee.(他們負擔不起律師費用)
c. What are the fees for a weekly house cleaning service?(一週的清潔服務是多少費用?)

Fare (n.費用)通常是指搭乘交通所產生的費用, 如: bus, ship, taxi or train

(巴士/船/計程車/火車等),乘客搭坐大眾交通工具所付的費用,如:bus fare,  train fare等

Examples:

a. What’s the bus fare from here to the city centre?(從這裡到市中心的公車票是多少錢?)
b. If you travel on weekdays, you can get half price train fare.

   (如果你是平日搭乘火車,就能有半價的優惠)

bill(n.帳單/費用),也就是有書面提示,需要你支付費用的單據,例如每個月我們收到的

electricity bill(電費), phone bill(電話費), gas bill(瓦斯費)等,當我們到餐廳用餐結帳時,

服務生拿來的消費帳單也是bill,來看看以下例句:

a. They asked the waiter for the bill.(他們跟服務生要了帳單)

b. I have to pay the phone bill before the end of the month. (我月底前要繳交電話費)
